Please check our Calendar for availability. In 2008 the cottage will be entering its second season as a rental, following a very successful first year. For the fall of 2008 we are lowering our rates for smaller groups of 1-2 people or 3-4 (please see below), but raising our damage deposit from $200 to $300 for all groups. The cottage will be available from mid-May until mid-November, with a 3-night minimum required. In the summer, rentals are weekly only, running from Saturday to Saturday. We accept credit cards through PayPal or you may send a check, money order, or travelers' check. Rates do not include the following fees: Dogs are OK with owner's permission, no cats ($25 nightly/$150 weekly). A $300 refundable Security Deposit is required.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
* Late Fall: Renters must park at the top of a steep 500' access road in bad weather and walk down. Please ask the owners for details. In the late spring, summer and early fall renters may park right next to the cottage in a parking area accommodating 3-4 vehicles. |
