Where We Are Red Creek Cottage is located on the west side of Seneca Lake, the deepest of the Finger Lakes, directly on the lake, 13 miles north of Watkins Glen, which lies on the southern tip of the lake, and 22 miles south of Geneva, which lies on the northern tip. We are only 13 miles from Penn Yan on the northern end of neighboring Keuka Lake, so from our cottage you can easily enjoy the "Y"-shaped Finger Lake as well. We are only 6 miles from Dundee, a small town with a large supermarket and a pharmacy. In Watkins Glen you will find more shops of all kinds, a variety of restaurants, and a WalMart.
